Service and Maintenance

When you rent facilites from Temporent, service and maintenance are included in the rental price. It is simple and cost-effective.

Preventive maintenance
We carry out services such as an annual building inspection, and take whatever measures are necessary in order to keep workspaces as good as new. We also check the ventilation system on a regular basis in order to ensure the best possible air quality.

Reporting problems
If a problem arises, contact our service and maintenance department. We will begin addressing the problem on the same day.

All costs associated with this are included in the agreed rental price, provided that the problem has not arisen due to abnormal wear and tear or damage.
